i love home styling and organizing
Who knew that during a pandemic we would be so into our homes. Watching organizing on tv and people excited about clear containers? Huh? But it all makes sense.  We are spending more time in our homes and we want them to look good and function more efficiently.
The last couple of years, in anticipation of moving to our owner-designed home, I have been on a mission to decrease the amount of stuff. Why do we have so much? Moving allowed me to evaluate what we own. I am thankful we only lived in our home 14 years and not 20! I am trying to sort through every last item in our home and I am almost there! How freeing it has been! But remember - there is no judgment here and of course everything is confidential.
I believe we should rid of items that no longer serve us in a responsible way. Donating, consigning, selling, upcycling or recycling before the trash. I will try to repurpose what you already own, however will recommend purchases that will help you achieve your goals for the space.
But change is not always easy for everyone. I promise to listen (and not make you get rid of all your stuff!) and work at your pace but still work towards achieving your desired end result.

a little more about me

blanket ladder in modern home with wooden floors very similiar to Ramona Aline home style
grey wooden shiplap bedroom wall with white round side table on sheepskin rug. clock on table. organized space
As a minimalist (and non-aesthetically-oriented person!), I was amazed at how Ramona was able to make my two-bedroom condo feel so cozy and sleek in a way that fits my personality. It didn’t even involve buying new things – I don’t like to own much – but used items that I already had, in closets or boxes, to really make it home. A blanket from a trip to Mexico, folded carefully and bringing colour into the room; some very old black and white family photos, displayed unobtrusively on the bookshelf and doing double-duty to hide some items being stored on the shelves; a few of my beautiful serving bowls from various travels taken out of the cupboards and put in view to create interest from items I use often. I love the clean, hygge look of my home now. Ramona can make magic in a space!
